I’ve knit 4 inches down the leg of Melissa Morgan-Oakes’ pattern Belle Epoque, and I love this lace/cable pattern. The Lady Galt Kroy (in either 3 or 4 ply – I’m too tired to check, and the yarn is discontinued anyway) is really cool, albeit splitty, and it’s showing off the stitches nicely.
I’m sorry I haven’t been posting as of late; I just started a new job, and have been playing at a lot of open mics. This leads to a grumpy and tired Clairelynow, one that has no energy for knitting or for nice new socks.
